These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pixloo.AI mobile app and related services (“Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must follow applicable laws and Apple App Store rules when using the Service.
Your content
- You are responsible for the content you upload and the prompts you submit.
- Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates others’ rights.
- You grant us permission to process your uploads and prompts solely to provide the Service (including sending them to model providers to generate outputs).
Credits & purchases
- The Service uses credits to generate outputs.
- Credit purchases are handled through Apple In‑App Purchase. We may use a purchase provider (e.g., RevenueCat) to validate purchases and deliver credits.
- Credits are non‑transferable and have no cash value unless required by law.
Service availability
AI generation may fail or be temporarily unavailable due to third‑party model provider limits, maintenance, or capacity.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Prohibited use
- Attempting to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
- Using the Service to generate illegal or harmful content.
- Automated scraping or excessive requests that degrade the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
