This Privacy Policy explains how Pixloo.AI (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use the Pixloo.AI mobile app.
Information we collect
- Account info: email address and basic profile information you provide.
- Content you upload: images and videos you upload to generate results.
- Prompts and settings: text prompts, model selections, durations, and other generation settings.
- Usage and diagnostics: app events and error logs needed to improve reliability.
- Purchase info: purchase status and product identifiers for credits. Payments are processed by Apple; we do not receive your full payment card details.
How we use information
- To provide AI generation features and deliver your outputs.
- To manage credits, billing history, and usage statistics.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
- To support you if you contact us.
How your content is processed
To generate outputs, your uploads and prompts are sent to third‑party AI model providers (for example, Replicate). Outputs may be stored so you can view them later.
Storage
We may store generated outputs and associated metadata in our backend (for example, Supabase Storage) to provide your Creations history.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app (authentication, storage, AI generation, and purchase infrastructure).
Data retention
We retain your account data and stored creations as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion by contacting support.
Your choices
- You can choose what content you upload and what prompts you submit.
